108	10月，TOYOTA及LEXUS南崁旗艦店開幕。	TOYOTA&LEXUS Nankan flagship store opened.
106	合併子公司富傑工業股份有限公司員工1,794名	Consolidated subsidiary Fu-Jie Industrail Co.,Ltd. Employees:1,794 people.
105	購回和航汽車股權，為桃苗100%持有子公司，員工1,747名。	Get the rest 51% shares of Ho-Hang from Ho-Tai Finance. And which become Tao-Miao 100% holding subsidiary company.
102	桃苗增資發行新股，和泰投資20%股份。資本總額達到7.57億。 11月與和潤汽車共同投資設立和航汽車專營中古車榮獲和泰總代理最優秀經銷商獎	Capital amount increased to 757 million. Invested 49% shares in Ho-Hang Corporation (used cars) with Ho-Tai Finance.
